Each table setup is completely bespoke to your requirements, we can work around your design concept and compliment your colour choices. Your guests will be wowed when they see a Grazing Table. THE QUICHES
FLOWERS + FOLIAGE FROM £80
We absolutely recommend that you have us dress your table with flowers and foliage..
We love to use eucalyptus as its aromatic and it sits proud rather than flat on the table. Fresh greenery really makes the food stand out and brings the table alive. We work with an amazing local florist, Isabel from Portos Flowers, who supplies all of our foliage and flowers and she can match them to your colour scheme, style or simply your favourite flowers.
We would recommend our small package for tables for up to 40 people, for just foliage the price is £80 or for flowers and foliage the price is £170.
Our medium package for tables between 40 to 60 people costs £160 for foliage or £340 for flowers and foliage..
For larger tables or bespoke floral installations please enquire at the time of booking and we can get you quotes as different flowers obviously command different prices depending on the season.
Please remember that everything needs to be ordered in from suppliers so it's preferable to book this at the time of booking your graze to ensure we can source what you want and that we have room in the van to deliver it to you on the day.
FLOWERS & FOLIAGE
Grazing Table Information
Our Styled Showstopper is perfect for gatherings of 30 people or more.
We will provide all of the tablescaping equipment, any serve wear needed and style your table with the food and also the flower and foliage package if you have purchased this from us (we will not style any flowers or foliage if you provide them yourself). We have vintage/rustic pieces or more modern white marble and gold pieces of equipment to suit your style. For a table up to 40 people the charge for equipment and styling is £200. For tables of 40 - 60 people the charge is £300. For larger tables please contact us for a quote. There is a refundable £300 equipment deposit for tables up to 60 people from which deductions will be made for loss or damage. Larger tables deposit amount POA
Please let us know at the time of booking the style of equipment you require.
If you are outside of our free delivery/collection area (see below) then we will need to charge you a small fee again for collection the following day or alternatively you can drop everything back to Gracefully Grazing HQ in Worthing.
Minimum Table size is for 30 people and we cater up to any number, as long as you have the table size we can fill it! Please allow a minimum of 1 metre of table for every 30 people, more if you are having a flower and foliage package . If your numbers are less than 30 people then we can offer you one of our platter boards for your graze.
TABLE SET UP ARE DELIVERED FREE WITHIN WORTHING, WEST SUSSEX, OUTSIDE THAT THERE WILL BE A DELIVERY CHARGE. PLEASE CONTACT US WITH YOUR POSTCODE TO GET A QUOTE.
